Hello totalf1! I'm new to formula 1 and it's all a little daunting, are there any other sites like f1forfools.com that could teach me the basics of the sport? (I like f1forfools but it isn't updated very often) I'd like to know a little bit more about the history of f1 if possible.

Thanks

Music connects people through the unspoken appreciation of something that sounds right. Something that taps into the deepest corners of your soul, making you feel alive. When someone else gets it too and you know they do, it feels beautiful.

Hi! First of welcome to possibly the greatest sport in the world!

Second look at lots of "offical sites" such as f1.com and bbc.co.uk/sport/formula1 for lots of articles/vids about rules/gossip/technical stuff etc.
These help to explain the basics and lead you into more detail.

Otherwise just ask around I dont mind answering questions, even if u think they are silly!

Ps the answer to "Is maldonado a idiot?" is yes! ;)

Welcome to both the original poster and to Peeweev.

Another thing to try, this thread which lists a ton of F1 sites: http://www.totalf1.c...esource-thread/

And you might even try Wikipedia.  Look at the citations and go to those websites.

Do I detect a hint of spam, Eric? :)
