Rubens Barrichello's was the only 'amateur' driving.

A defiant Takuma Sato said the Ferrari ace, who lashed out at BAR's youngster after a racing clash last Sunday, should have 'looked into his mirrors.'

"I had fresh tyres," said the Japanese, "and a lot of grip."

"The car was so nice. He never looked. I guess it was unlucky."

Sato is maintaining his reputation as a 'crasher' - the tag he picked up as a rookie two years ago when he piled up a huge damage bill for Eddie Jordan.

BAR chief David Richards laughed at the theme in Germany.

"We have a board that shows whose cards Taku has marked," he told the Independent. "I'm sure Rubens will have a good look before turning in now."

its good that he will speak out when he feels sumfin is wrong, but Sato this one looks more to be ur fault, so cool it :wink:

although each time i look at it i see that it was never as bad as i thought. Or as alot of others do

good to see Taku is voicing his opinion, but it was his fault, but then again, we complain when they say nothing, then when they do, we complain, we're a picky lot!! :wink: Ah stuff it, go hard Taku!!!

btw look at that headline. i read this story on f1 racing net.. its something that has really been bothering me lately.

nowhere in that piece do they actually quote sato as saying "reubens is the amateur". correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't it look like they've made a jump from sato's comment that reubens should be looking in his mirrors --> reubens is an amateur??

its the same kind of amateur journalism that says jv has had a seat-fitting and will test next week. when he's actually been on a bloody treadmill 1,000 k's away. it really does ruins it for us all! : :evil:
