I doubt this story is making headlines outside of the United States, so I figured I would share it as I find it to be one of the best news items in quite a while.

Ted Williams, 53, was a homeless man with quite the talent who fought off alcohol and drug problems to get a second chance. One viral video later, that chance is starting.

He has quite a few offers of jobs and houses all in a 24 hour span, including one from the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team. Hey, if BBC are looking to replace Legard...

But seriously, I think it's just a fantastic story and the part about his mother from the second video is really touching. I wish Ted all the best, whichever job he takes. Seems like a great guy and I genuinely believe his story and that he's telling the truth about getting clean and staying clean. Cynics can call it whatever they want, but to me, that's the American dream and it's brilliant to see it happen.
