Marc Gene is unlikely to drive Ralf Schumacher's Williams in Germany.

A source at Silverstone said Grove-based bosses like Sir Frank and veteran engineer Patrick Head are considering putting Antonio Pizzonia in the car.

Gene, the 'official' reserve, finished twelfth at Silverstone.

An 'insider' told the BBC Williams 'can not accept' that performance.

''His ultimate lap time wasn't bad,'' Head's technical director successor Sam Michael defended Gene, ''but it was not quick enough to [reach the] points.''

Williams will S*ck Sh*T with another Test unit in there ...bring on Jacques or even Webber /Heidfield , anybody to challenge JPM and therefore the McLarens/Renaults .

I’m not sure Pizzonia is any better than Gene…

but williams need to try somthing new in the Car. we will never know how good AP will do until hes driven the car in a race.
