Looks ok to me, only odd thing for me was seeing France so early in the list.

Yeah, its weird that the "european" season is almost at the start of the season, for a long time the european races were the ones where the teams make big steps in engine and chassis actualizations, now I think its to early to do such things.

US GP is definately on for June 19, 2005 I can tell you that. It's the only weekend in June that would do it and TV commercials have been airing for it for weeks now.

I read that the date for the USGP will be as is due to the Indy 500, the organisers need time to organise the venue for F1. As for France, thats there cos USGP cant run any earler than middle June due to Indy 500 on May 29. As for the rest, Turkey looks interesting, Belguim and Italy swap and Japan and China are last two races, which for us down under is fantastic as it means a late afternoon 3.30pm for Japan, 4pm for China start which means going down to the local to watch it on the big screen, WHOOHOO!!! :D

But the commercials have been saying that for the last month, i'm convinced that it will be on the 19th.

What the hell is this Tivo thing? i hear letterman always joking about how he "tivo'd" it.....

is it a system that records programs to like a hard drive or something along those lines?

no, you set the Tivo to record a program for when it is scheduled to come on and you can watch it at a later time, It's like a VCR, only the recording part and without the video tape.

Bingo--while I don't have "tivo" my cable system offer a Digital video recorder with 100hrs of space on it via hard drive and it has a transfer set up so that any thing you want to move to tape you just press the button. This system also alows you to pause live tv and resume without losing a second of what you are watching, you can also go back 1 hour on a live program and then come back to where you were :D

the tivo sounds like what we have in Australia called the G-Code, sounds very similar in terms of what it does.

escapedeville, sorry to hear they're on so late mate. We get Brazil live around 3 in the morning or so, but most European races start at 10pm sunday night and are shown from 10.30 or 11.

G-code is a waste of time a technology, its the same as telling ti to tape between a certain time...

I'm lucky, practice around 12:30 in the afternoon, qualifying around 3 and the race around 1.
