I'm not sure that JV is much of a threat any more but thats a different story. MS is in his last few years and Button is up and coming and easily a match for any other driver like Alonso Kimi etc

You cannot be upcoming every year. At this rate we need a total outsider to come and take F1 by storm. Clearly the current crop have no backbone - even Vijy was able to break Tiger's grip!! Why must MS win every year? I think he is bored with the lot!

Much as I love to think of Davidson as 1 of the next British hopes for the future, lets not forget the only races he's had were for minardi and the speed he's shown have only been in practise sessions. Jarno Trulli produces brilliant laps in practise and qualifying but he's not labelled brilliant like Davidson!

Why Bar don't place Davidson at Minardi this year?He could do a Webber-style season and the small italian team will no doubt accept to keep him for just one season,it would be no problem for them....I think if Bar really want to make him race they should do so...

Maybe Jordan, because last year Jordan were still ahead of Minardi, so he should get slighty better experiance. Although Minardi finish more often so with them he would get more experiance. Davidson after his showing this year definatly deserves a chance.

On a related note good on McLaren for stating they will use the 3rd car on Fridays. The rule was not intended for use by such teams (no matter how bad they do the previous year), yet the way it is written allows them to, so make the most of it I say.

hay that Alberters Guy got the Minardi Drive. but the thing that i dont get is that he tested the minardi then tested the Jordan and he went for the minardi so maby he fult that the Minardi is a much better car.

Or maybe is feeling that Jordan is gonna struggle to survive this season??Albers main sponsor is dutch Trust and was also Jordan 2nd main (behind BeH) in 2004...Trust was Minardi sponsor in 2003 but they left the team because Jordan was more competitive (or less struggling,as you want)..there is something strange in the air at Jordan...
