Senna

Mclaren To 'take Aggressive Steps'

Recommended Posts

I think a lot of teams would love to be in the position that they are in with respect to tyres. Not being hard enough on the tyres sounds a lot better than being too hard. Surely they could just use softer tyres or really work them hard on the outlap to get the heat in?

I'm a bit confused here. In Malaysia, JPM had flat spotted his tire and was just crusing around, and then in Bahrain Pedro was all over the place, and by the end of the race his tires were still good. I don't get it, both the races were hot, did JPM do something wrong that I'm not aware of?

I read that the suspension setup - the twin keel format - plays around with the car and it's very easy to lock tyres up. Vibrations get so bad the drivers miss reference points, but Newey could have a solution by Spain. I read this on gp2005.com the Spied in Bahrain report.
