The best way to 'connect' to American fans is through thier televisions in the form of better coverage. They should aim to bring thier coverage to the level of NASCAR which at the moment is superior and more fan-friendly. Have you ever seen a NASCAR race on FOX? The graphics and so on are quite incredible. F1 coverage on the other hand is usually poor.

it would be an awesome achievement if they could do a demonstration of some sort in nyc. problem is, 75% of the people would be like "what the heck is f1??"
