What do you mean?

I have called India a 'third world' and 'developing' country but this is true (or is it a 'second world' country, who knows?). Whatever the case, it is a poor nation and somewhat backwards, especially in the rural parts. As far as racing goes, it has nothing to be proud of and in the instances that subject has come up, I am sure I have voiced that opinion. Is there something else I have said that you require an explantion on?
