If JV has so many 'principals' (sic) he should wait till Istanbul, oppose Michael's candidature if he wants, stand to be elected himself and do everything that Michael has done for the GPDA. Then you have a point. Mind you this is a rebuttal to your point - JV has made it amply clear that he is not making a martyr of himself - see my comment on the first page. Indy has nothing to do with the GPDA - you're clutching at straws there. And even if you can prove that the present directors have done nothing for the GPDA (you can't, they've done a lot), the response is for JV to do something himself, not quit in a huff.

the drivers were not the ones to dcide whether to put the chicane or not. I don't know where you got the point about Rubens from, if you have no credibility here you have to post a link to justify what you are saying.

My apologies to the rational JV fans here (and there are a few as I have said in the past), but a lot of them are beginning to sound like worshippers rather than fans.
