If it is not a mind game,i think he has done already a contract to another team, maybe Williams, drivers at McLaren have not very often before criticize the team in the media,

Ron has not tolerate that from his driver's

I agree, as if you would say a top three rated car with definitely not finish a race and needs more power, I think they are trying to play with the public into thinking they are the under-dog. If it were true surely Ron would have come out straight away and "denied it"

They just break a lap record and then say the car is "crap", come on!!

if it isnt Dennis sanctioned mind games then Kimi is certainly showing the woking team that he wont roll over for them...

yeah i think that has got to be part of a team-wide strategy, otherwise kimi's gettin a little too big for his boots methinks..

Reliability will be increasingly important in 2004 especially due to the new engine rule, so quite a few cars may not finish, however I doubt this will affect McLaren too much.

has eanyone notest that the MP4-19 has got 3 wings on the front wing. and also on the F2004 what is that ting next to the wind tunnel (the one above the drivers head) that is sticking out. did thay think it might give them more downforce?

i saw pics today of the F2004 with little winglets behind the drivers head.

They're claiming thats part of the radical aero package I think, but didnt they say they would have a radical front end?? As for McLaren, I saw a pic on f1-live.com with them running a front winning similar to that of Ferrari. Don't know what to think there, as Renault and Jaguar have tested front wings exactly like that on the McLaren, the straight one which curves up at the edges that is. We'll see next week.

shaun
