Kopite Girl 0 Report post Posted April 3, 2010 Memories. Well. Every year my Dad and I used to have a little competition. We'd get our best easter eggs and put them on the cabinet next to each other and see who would break first and open theirs. The loser would have to forfeit 10 quid and a week of dish washing. One year, I was about to break first. I was reaching for my egg, only to mistakenly pick up my Dads. The box was suprisingly light. And when I turned the box, he'd very carefully cut away the back and superglued it back together. The foil from the egg was put back in the plastic container thing, smoothed out to precision. I later found out he'd done that every year. Now he's gone I smile at the memory. I'm not religious but Happy Easter Dad, no cheating this year xx Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
