Taku

sato takes penalty

Recommended Posts

poor sato's engine blew...again...

this severely reduces bar's chance for max points, takes pressure off jv, and gives the upper hand to renault in the WCC battle. i wonder what they'll do in the final quali.

only positive is that renault have been off the pace all weekend.

almost .7 down on button, but live timing said the team looked pleased, so he must be heavy.

bad thing is with the last five drivers still to run, he's only 10 up from last place. i hope he really is heavy.

Could M$ take out Taku, or vice versa, very very interesting grid tomorrow.

what a shame to lost 10 spots. He was faster in first qualifying but certainly the team would opt to run more fuel to try and offset the 10 grid penalty. If passing is as abundant as the teams and layout seems to indicate, it will be interesting, with Michael in back as well, to say the least. Sato looks like he has a good feel for this track so lets see...

yes they fought hard, but the bulldog forwards were just too good.

back on topic, bar have a nice little buffer going into suzuka. :D

if they keep this up, thye'll pretty much have it wrapped up after suzuka. :D

Sato had a good day though 19th to 6th is a fair effort if you ask me.

He did quite well, remaining calm and committed throughout, but the BAR was very quick and he did have the whole race to catch the others up. Michael had an appalling race, his misjudged overtaking manoeuvre; needless spin and his qualifying performance were all very poor indeed.

everyone of those was his own fault besides maybe the puncture. If Sato had that day you'd be telling me how s##t he is again.

Agreeed it was all MS's fault, all right.
