The British press.

F1 and its fans need to stop being as influenced by the British Press.

We all know why they hate Vettel. It's because he's German.

We all know why they love Hamilton. It's because he's British.

And they should stop fluffing Hamilton, Ricciardo and other's pillows just because they attract attention on social media. This is meant to be a sport. Not a reality TV show.

I prefer how Seb handles himself. Dignified and reserved.

Ricciardo and other's...

Ricciardo ... And others???

There is not a lot wrong with Ricciardo... and others...

And for all his antics,, on and off the track, I guess Ricciardo will go down as one of the most revered driver's ever.

Doesn`t that MEAN the same as,
> could NOT give a toss ?

Vettel ALREADY has achieved IN F1 - He made SURE of that at Red Bull
> Fastest lap, after fastest lap - lap record ...
Put the titles IN his pocket,
WITH his name FOREVER in the HISTORY books

ALL that ^^^ IN his pocket
Now he CAN just turn UP, sign a few autographs - if he CAN spell his name !!
> and B the hero

Vettel does NOT have 2 challenge ANYMORE
He can JUST turn up, smile 2 the camera - look confused (in HIS Ferrari days)
He is STILL a HERO

Hamilton, Ricciardo and others should stick to posting on Instagram.

Leave F1 to real drivers like Seb.

Well to be fair, yes its F1, and its a Sport,,, A Motor-Sport. There is no real comparison with a 'Reality TV Show'.. The sport has real emotions involved regardless of the use of social media or no..

Choosing NOT to participate in any kind of social media activities, DOESN't make anyone MORE of a purist in driving sense. Soicial Media is just a part of the world we live in today, if this was an option 40 years ago, someone like James Hunt would have scored a lot of dates post race just through his social Media... Its the Driving on field that does the talking eventually.

I guess Seb idolized Schumi too hard. so much so, that he has copy pasted a lot of Schumi's tried and tested methods on him self... like keeping his family away from the media, joining Ferrari, and so on... well that's his choice.

That doesn't make other drivers, (those who try to interact with the world through the available Social Media Methods), any less of a PURIST..
