develop it`s way 2 B competitive

LOL. Yep. Of Course. It is NOT easy to fix the problems, considering FIA restrictions on the aero revisions.

This IS B4 it is EVEN released that, they KNOW they have got it WRONG.
This suggests that it IS a dog of a car.
OR 
The OTHER direction- it IS super fast and playin it DOWN.  To give the impression
it REQUIRES developin FURTHER

Its not just McLaren that has 'got it wrong'. There are other manufacturers that don't have the correct philosophy for the new reg, and they too would probably make the necessary change next year.

Aston martin and Alpha Tauri to name a few... by the looks of it.

Staying slower than others is NEVER a part of the strategy, they have simply got it wrong.
