I was reading the news paper a little bit ago and read that motoya left a press confrence after they played some kind of joke/sketch press confrence... anyone know what happened?

i saw it on the news.

aparently some comedians gained access to the press conference as mdia people.

As one would ask a question, the other would ring his mobile as Montoya tried to answer cutting him off. They did it a few times and it p**sed Montoya off. Then one of the comedians pretended it was his mum on the phone and he asked Monty if he would play a round of golf with his mum...

Montoya gave them a warning but they kept on going so he left the conference.

yeah i heard about this. i know the comedian's in question. to any aussies, they were on the old "the fat" show and are now on "100% Tony Squires". they are just complete and utter tools. they specialise in making their subjects (often celebrities) look stupid by asking either really uncomfortable questions, or ones they simply won't understand. they can be funny sometimes, but they seriously have no respect for anybody.

Yeah, i watched it occasionally, but was hard to keep up due to the programming time and day changes it had last year.

The show is ok, but those two d#ckheads who pulled the prank on him got what they deserved. I'd have done the same thing if I were JPM, and probably a bit more I'm surprised he didn't go and thump them really. Unprofessional was the very least you could call it. They'll probably brag about it on Monday night but I haven't read or heard from anyone who's in favour of what they did.

Montoya bit not really worth watching juany , they just bagged his name for about 20 seconds with the " One this vs One that and how can One " etc . Only went for 20 seconds and he laughed about it adding a few Ones himself as a reply and that was it so no storm out to see .

Well I crashed Early (about half way through the show) and they hadn't shown the incident in its entirety! Unless they show it later on in the show. i wouldn't be surprised if they received so much bad press about it that they wouldn't show it. But I taped it so I will watch it Later. I may be wrong. All I can say is that I think that the "Comedians" Are losers. Any one of us in this forum, would love to have the oppurtunity to yarn to JPM, and do it sensibly, these guys just made arses out of themselves, and ruined a very expensive (I assume) sponsors day.

Webber interview was pretty good, was funny to see he plays as Schumacher when he plays F1 games on his PS2 although he prefers war games as the F1 games are crap!

Those who say JPM doesnt have a sense of humour don't know what they're on about. I saw the clip of that interview with those two idiots and he responded to that questions with all the ones/juans, with a laugh and a smile, but they just pushed it and it went way too far. JPM saw the funny side to it, but they pushed it too far, simple as that. Interview with Webber was pretty good considering that panel wouldn't know an F1 car from a pop tart.
