Haha, Sky Sports showed Vettel, running in 7th as the "leader".

Yes, saw that too!

That's FIA and RBR and KGB!

I'm not watching F1 anymore, FFS!

Senna is no Ayrton and Schumi is no...Schumacher.

Usual comic relief courtesy of Macca pitstops.

Have to say though Senna definitely moved left on Schumi leaving Schumi with nowhere to go!

(null)

I thought Senna moved left only once to defend. Hope you're right.

Hate seeing that Chelsea crest on Kobayashi's car! Football doesn't belong in F1 unless it's Liverpool FC! :P

That's the 5th straight different winner.

Good show by Koba & Vettel.

Lotus continue to impress.

On more important matters, Malodorous's bitch is cute.

And...the pay driver won!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing, considering that the guy behind him was the local hero, Alonso.

Great job from Kimi. And nice battles from Vettel, Hamilton and Koba.

Not bad for Barcelona!

Maldonado did what he had to. I would have liked more of a battle between Alonso and him, but Alonso just didn't have it.

Schumacher...he just doesn't have it anymore. All that matter are results, and he can't get them like he used to. End of story.

I'm curious to see how quickly the "Maldonado is against the spirit of the sport and Williams" fans bandwagon him now as some underdog hero. I personally don't like Maldonado (by personally I mean I don't like seeing a car with Venezuela/PDVSA on it win :P) so I'm not exactly thrilled for him, but good for them all, they surprised me. I defended the signing simply because he's better than Pantano and people cried and cried about how much of a crime it was that Pantano didn't get signed. I guess if Maldonado can win a race, Pantano would have been a triple champion by now, though I'm sure we've all forgotten who Pantano was as we're ordering our Williams gear "oh I knew they'd do it all along, I've always trusted Sir Frank and the gang, he's a GP2 champion you know, we knew he'd do it."

But good for him, good for the team.

Overall: race was a 6.5/10, wouldn't read again. Almost got interesting but in the end the pole sitter won and there was never an actual pass for the lead after corner one. I've never cheered for Alonso as hard as I did today.

Cool to have five different winners, five different winning teams, and two first-time winners to open a season, even though none of them are my drivers. :P

Listening to Kimi at every post race press conference, you get the feeling that they are doing the worst season in their lives!
