I'd vote BMW. Think about it:

They had the most powerful engine on the grid.

2000, a lot of reliability issues.

2002, a lot of reliability issues.

2003, Suzuka cost them the WCC.

I think you should have added a further option that they were equally to blame

Agreed but I doubt many people would choose that option. It is unlikely that the blame is equally portioned; one party is probably more to blame than the other, whether the difference is slight or grand.

2001 was also littered with reliability problems for BMW. JPM had a big blowup in Germany that year whilst leading.

Williams never made good cars in the last few years apart 2003 and made big managing mistakes (letting Button go,keeping Ralf,Buttongate, hiring Webber as number 1 driver, humiliating Heidfeld in a stupid shootout with a test driver)......

I choosed BMW, Williams has prooved that they are able to produce winning cars, something is failing with that BMW relationship, maybe is more difficult to work with Germans than French or Japanese engineers.

I still like Williams...but I

I cant really vote on this one, It looks as if BMW are lashing out on Williams and seem like the bad guys. I don't know. If they are both uphappy then they should juts split at the end of the year, if they sorted out thier differences and put their heads down they could do well. I think BMW are just fed up of waiting, let them go off to buy Sauber ans we will see if they can do any better on their own.
