my mistake I apologise, that was rodders47.

I have them on ignore because they consistently tried to bait me with baseless anti Ferrari rhetoric or plain abuse. I dont consider it worth my while to read their posts.

But surely if you have some on ignore and some not, then some topics will be very confusing to read? Some posters really really wind me up with their comments but I read them all the same and not let it get to me!

Todt's being abit of a childish pr!ck when he says Stoddy has contributed nothing to F1. I mean, Paul only saved one of F1's much loved team's from extinction AND gave drivers such as Webber and Alonso their starts in F1, whilst Albers looks like he'll have a future in F1.

You mean gave them chance because someone paid for them? I can see huge difference of Ferrari paying drivers and drivers having to pay minardi for driving. Kimi also got paid i believe in his first year in Sauber?

And btw, did not Stoddard send some old israelean on track who NEVER should been there on one of Fridays? Talk about Hazard! Ferrari, Todt and Fia are no saints....but neither is Stoddard. You guys really think head of ferrari team whom Stoddard has kept under fire will not be happy to see him go? And you in same position would not be?

F1 is much more than sports imo, there are no saints there. Powerstruggle already started the threat of FWC or whatever the spelling was. All sides are dirty in it imo.

no they are the only 2, and topics seem perfectly fine without viewing their posts, which leads me to belive that they have not started making any worthwile contributions yet.

I have conducted a random check of their posts in this topic, it is as I thought, their is absolutely no need to waste my time reading such drivel.

Yes Stoddart acts in the interest of money and keeping minardi alive, but there's nothing wrong with that - even if it means putting a worthless friday driver out on the track. I think saying that the friday driver is a hazard is going a bit far! It is unsurprising that Todt won't miss him, but for Todt to say Stoddart hasnt brought anything to f1 is totally unfair. For me, he's just shown even more what a complete W**KER he is

If i remember correctly even other drivers considered him a threat on the track?

I didnt know that - but that still doesnt provide any justification for Todt's spiteful comments. I doubt any of the team bosses would miss him if he left!!

I think post indy there is no reason for anyone at Ferrari to have any regrets about Stoddart leaving. He was a disruptive element for the sport.

PHEW, I am so glad I am on "CAVALLINO'S" ignore list <_<

Just one questioN mate Cavallino? If I am on your ignore list how come you managed to read this thread in the first place

Anyway WHEN have I ever stated that I hate Ferrari? To my recollection NEVER.

I do not have a favorite team and never have had in over 30 yrs of watching F1 motor Racing , although I did succombe to being an avid supporter of Williams and Allan Jones, but those were the days where a driver EARNED his placement in a team, not just BUY his way there. I gues I am becoming a bit nostalgic but Ferrari and all the other teams all have their day at the top.

My beef is HOW they maintain their TOP ranking and to me what Ferrari/JEAN Todt( see I even spelt his name right this time) and M.S all seem to have in common the last few years is to "Win at All Costs" reguardless of rules that are set out for others to obey!

Roll on 2006. I personnaly hope Ferrari return to form, BUT do it within the rules!

What more could any avid follower of F1 want then to have say Renault/Ferrari/McLaren/Williams/Sauber (maybe)/Toyota etc ALL fighting for the top spot..

A disruptive element for the sport? Why, cos he spoke out against Todt & Mosley? He spoke for the fans, and fought to reduce costs etc, he also kept minardi alive. Are you not at all thankful for that?

The day stoddart goes will be a very sad day! He fought a constant battle against the FIA to keep that team going and he deserves so much credit and respect!

Todt shouldn't talk too much, there's some rumours flying around that should Ferrari have one more bad year, Fiat will think of selling up! That will be goodbye Todt!

If I am on your ignore list
you arent. read the previous page carefully from the top.
Why, cos he spoke out against Todt & Mosley?

no because of his antics at indy and albert park.

remind me what he did at indy and albert park - do u mean running his 04 cars in melbourne, and trying to put a chicane at indy? and the scum team were opposed to both?

Cavallino, take a look at "ASH's" logo !

Sort of says what I think a lot of people out there in the REAL world think of the "Prancing horse" <_<

But hey WHEN FIAT decide to pull the plug supporting Ferrari as they do now, I would think JEAN Todt would still have a job at Fiat ------- SWEEPING THE FLOORS AND CLEANING THE TOILETS for the other more UNIFIED staff.

As for Paul Stoddart, well I am SURE he will miss F1, in a number of ways, the main one being, that he won't have to beat his head against a brick wall and get no where. He is a very talented businessman, just check out his European Aircraft Spare Parts Company, and his soon to be released "OZ-JET", he aint no fool as we say, and I am sure he will prosper, but is a sad day for F1 loosing Minardi, IMO

;) That's true mate, he has helped build F1 for what it is today, tomorrow and the future. Others have tried destroying the sport, whether directly or indirectly!
