So by that logic whenever one driver in a team has noticeably worse reliability than the other, it must be due to driver error. This is flawed logic as throughout F1

hahaha, too good, they probably had him on the Yamamoto setup, empty tanks and soft tyres, maybe even last year's tyres. He spends 2 days trying to learn the circuit and crashes out on his out lap before it even started raining. He is clearly the calibre of Sato.

From just the in-car stuff we see on Kimi I'd say he's one of the smoothest drivers on the track to-day, he doesn't throw the car around like his team-mate does................

Indeed he is, he is the exact opposite of Alonso. Alonso looks very very aggressive, especially in his turn and seems to wring the neck of his car. If anyone should be experiencing such problems its Alonso, this just shows that it definitely is not wholly explained by driver input.

At least PARTLY... it's just happened too often to ONE driver to be all be down to 'bad' luck or dodgy engines. Although Norbert Haug has (unjustly in my view) taken ALL the blame for KIMIs failures (note: NOT Montoya's... go figure).

As I've said before, there is no doubt Kimi is quick, but I STILL don't see any evidence he is WDC material...

BUT what's the point in being fast if he can't keep the car together and be consistent... let's face it, one of the reasons Alonso won is because he's at least consistent, Kimi is just all over the place and while that will undoubtedly win some races, it can harm title campaigns for both titles.
