South Korea's Oppa Gangnam Style Grand Prix For Making Oldboy Kim Jong Ill At Ease

Recommended Posts

The Ferrari doesn't look as horrible on the timesheets as I expected it to be, but good enough just won't be. I figure a Vettel retirement will be the only way Alonso really gets back in this, but every prediction I've made this year was wrong, so who knows?

If Alonso can qualify 3rd, and can somehow beat Vettel in the early stages he is very capable of holding onto it until the finish. Again, any margin for errors is a luxury the RBRs enjoyed but he cannot, and Vettel is not the guy to look forward for errors once he gets on pole. Even if he wins, unless it is coupled with a Seb's DNF, Vettel will be too close for comfort considering the differences between the RBR and the Ferrari.

Odd to see someone other than Vettel or Hamilton on pole. Interesting that leading 4 guys are lined up one after other. Should be a good battle. Kimi ahead of Grosjean, nice.

Unhappy that Schumi didn't qualify ahead of Rosie. Hope he finishes ahead in the race, though.

Alonso might possibly have one shot at it with a perfect start, but I think it's inevettelble that Sebastian will win.

Well, I think there's a Webber in there who might mix it up in the fight. Even if Vettel wins it looks like it will be very interesting :)

Does the fact that this track is used so very rarely impact the starting positions? I would think that given the amount of dust seen during FP3 and Quali, that starting on the even numbered grid slots would be tricky. Would the support races clean the track enough, I wonder?

The one bloody driver who could make life tough for Seb; and he's sitting on pole with a contract for next year, obliged to tow the line. Which he will.

Sitting on the sofa, with a cup of tea (so English) and my boyfriend sleeping upstairs... bless you priorities of mine!

Andrés: today is the day for whiny posts :D
