no. I don't know specifications of the World Superbikes, but MOTOGP is now appox 1000cc. They changed from 500cc to the current formula at the end of 2001 in time for the 2002 season. I think MOTOGP is faster.

well of course they're gonna be slower than an F1 car, they've got half the grip and the tyres are very narrow compared to an F1 car.

their straight line speed is very similar, I recall Ducati doing just over 330 km/h at Mugello. They lost most of the time in their corner speed. Also, the difference between SBK and MOTOGP is that SBK bikes are production bikes which can be bought at a bike shop, MOTOGP bikes are prototypes.

they do 330 at monza F1 does 370, it just defends on the wing levels on the F1 cars
