I don't listen to Fry, he is full of crap and tells his crap to Button, who sometimes believes it / has to speak it and it does no good.

Honesty is the best policy.

Nick Fry.

Once again, he's opened his mouth and put unnecessary pressure on not only the drivers, but the whole team.

Way to go, fake tan man.

how has gil de ferran caused mischief?

You should really review the numerous threads on the subject that arose in the early days of his announcement as Sporting Director... Senna is absolutely correct in suggesting that de Ferran was a bad choice for the team. Aside from being grossly underqualified to manage an F1 team he has accomplished nothing, outside of creating controversy, in a team that desperately needed quality guidance. Recall that after joining the team in obvious disarray, Gil boldly announced his intention to do nothing but learn.

Fry is worse than Ferran I think, at least Ferran can improve, Fry just spills out crap at any opportunity.

Recall the announcement (not official) during the USGP that Tony Kanaan would be joining the team and possibly Rubens Barrichello to forma Brazilian superteam. If that is not controversial, I am not sure what is.

I never heard of such an announcement. Only that Tony would test the F1 car as a reward from Honda, not BAR, for his efforts in the United States. There was no serious news of him joining F1 full time.

Fry does like to talk up BAR's targets, but dont be so hard on him, its nothing new for team bosses to be publically confident about the following season, although the most respected team leaders like ron dennis don't usually do this. Fry does have a weird expression though - at least he's smiley!
