rumblestrip 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2007 I have wireless also, and my Laptop, PS3 and Wii are all connected too it.... but 5mbps net... I envy you It's nice, and 5mb down/2 mbit up are the basic speeds. For $10 more a month I could get 15mbps down, 2 up, but what's the point? They also have a 30mb down/5mb up package, but that's $180/mo

pabloh20 1 Report post Posted March 26, 2007 Geez, this is going to make me think Ok, I still have an Atari 400 somewhere and the last time I checked it (about 5 years ago) it still worked. I have an Atari 800XL somewhere I have an Amiga 500, again somewhere about PSX PS2 At the moment I have 2 PCs I built, 1 for the wife because she kept breaking mine, the other PCs I have built are dished out around family. Wife's is an Athlon XP 2800, 1GB PC2700 ram, 2 raid 0 120GB disks for the operating system & stuff and a 120GB backup drive, Ati radeon 9800pro 128mb I think, great graphics cards those at the time, chieftec dragon case, Musketeer fan controller, DVD drive & DVD burner, 19" LCD Mine's an Athlon 64 X2 4600, 1GB PC3200 cas2 ram, 2 160GB disks in raid 0, 200GB for music, 160GB disk for backup, Nvidia 7800GTX 256mb graphics card, coolermaster stacker case, hardcano 12 fan controller, dvd drive & burner, 19" LCD. The cabling on this PC is the neatest I have ever done - took me ages! Acer laptop, Intel core 2 duo T5500, Geforce Go 7300 with 256mb shared memory, 1GB PC6700 ram, 120GB disk, DVD multi drive, wireless G & bluetooth, 17" widescreen. I have 8mbps broadband (in theory), netgear router with wireless up to 270mbps. The 2 PCs are wired & the laptop is wireless. Think that's it!

pabloh20 1 Report post Posted March 26, 2007 Self-Built PC and that is all i own. Not really bothered about consoles, find them overpriced for what they do Yep, PCs have come a long way, but I still remember Tekken on the original playstation was groundbreaking at the time, nothing on home computers came close. Mind you, I still remember getting that Atari 400 - 16k of pure bliss!
