Scott Speed's New Career

Recommended Posts

Yes, it is. The only F1 driver with a personalilty.

No no! :nono1: Lewis has personality, Felipe has personality, Kimi is starting to get one, Rubens Barrichello has bags of it, Rosberg has personality, Wurz has personality, so no, he isn't the only one with so called "personality"

I'm even scared of him now  .....that was plain weird.....Do you think it was weird enough for Simon Cowell to give him a record contract?

Never really been a fan of Scott, this doesn't do any favors.

He shouldn't give up the day job and spend more time doing a better job in F1 (I.E not crashing) rather than doing this.

Yes, Lewis has a boring personality. Felipe is giddy, I suppose. Kimi has as much personality as a wall. Rubens does have some, yes, I suppose. Rosberg does? Wurz is nice, but. I think I meant more "sense of humor"

It's not the least bit weird. It's funny. It's nice to see someone different in F1. No other driver would do this. It's fun to do mildly stupid things like this just to get a few laughs. I always try to whenever I can.

Not crashing? Give me some examples of when a Scott crash was his fault. Canada this year was a racing incident. Silverstone was the fault of the Williams driver being waay too over-optimistic. Scott actually can keep his car on the track very well and is very under-rated, IMO. If people watched Scott as closely as I do, they might see the same things I see. Most of the guys in mid-to-back are a lot better than they get credit for, actually, which is why I cheer for them and enjoy following their races more than Lewis's and Fred's and Phil's and Kimberly's.

There's a bunch of non-racing Scott videos over at his site, www.scottspeed.com

None are as funny as this, but some are still interesting to watch.

It really is Scott. It's originally from his manager's website. It was made when the other guy, Colin Fleming, lived with Scott in Austria when they were Red Bull development teammates.
