First of all I´m a Mac fan. Not now. I bought my first Mac in 1987 when Jobs reigned at apple. Then he and then the board (Sculley included) almost bankrupcy the company. He made lots of mistakes and lost with Microsoft+windows+Intel. Period. Then he came back and started a new succesful era with the company, only after ask Microsoft to invest money in apple!

I don't agree with the bolded part. I read that Steve wanted to take the company in another direction and the board shut him off in favour of another guy that's when they fired him. He then created NEXXT and together with Lassiter started Pixar. Fortunately sales at Apple dropped and they had to re-appoint him, that's when he introduced the other products like iPod etc that got Apple back up in market share....

The boy is called John Sculley and came from Pepsico. He hired the man. The rest is history. And the most important thing is how he managed to came back from out of the world.
