Williams Restructures Management

You didn't; I did it for you.

Why? I would not say that anyway, you agreed the times I called you sexist were for good reasons and I thought we had both stopped that one.

I hear that Williams are in negotiations with Cosworth. I don't think that would be a bad move as, although a V10 at the moment, it has proven reliable and competitive. I hear their V8 is well developed so we may see Williams-Cosworth in '06.

I dont know if Renault would become an engine supplier again, Maybe Williams could ask for Renault support sometime...they miss them.

The blame culture was very unhelpful and Gerhard Berger constantly used scare tactics.

That said, I think FW & PH are a bit long in the tooth now. Sam michael's appointment appears to have been knee jerk

Williams are pretty weak in all departments nowadays (technical side /managerial side /drivers etc).

I think they should try to lure Mike Gascoyne at all costs

That is unlikely to happen as Mike has an airtight contract with Toyota and Sir Frank is not in the habit of buying people out of their contracts. The whole technical and managerial side of BMW Williams needs a major revamp and Nick Heidfeld and Mark Webber are hardly outstanding talents either! Williams have only themselves to blame for their decline and with BMW rumoured to be interested in Sauber, the future looks far from rosy from Williams HQ.

Except if your name is Jenson Button...
