Finally we get to see just how good JB is supposed to be. There is too much talk of how he is such a smooth driver - yet he has yet to win a race after two season in a very good car. He seems to be the "podium kid" and contract shredder!

I hope he has some reserve because RB is a very different driver from Sato - he is a proven winner and can possible give BAR their first win. I hope they are evenly matched (though I think RB is a superior talent to JB).

Well, I will not dip to your level and call you names! But the only genuine evidence of talent is winning a race.You can love him all you want - but show me a win! I think he is a good driver - but good id not good enough in the F1 world!

So now you're saying JB doesnt even deserve to be in f1 - and yet 2 top teams have fought it out for him. Fisi has won 2 races, both due to rain intervention and being in right place at right time. I suppose in your mind, that makes him a better driver than Button?? And if RB had retired from the lead in China last year, and JB had won (he came 2nd last year), does that suddenly make him a driver worthy of f1? Think how easily JB could've won last year, if the leader had crashed out - do you see why you can't base your entire opinion just on whether they've won a race or not. In 2002 Fisi got voted the drivers' driver by the drivers themselves, and he hadn't won a race.

See, you can write a whole paragraph without using the words stupid or jelous etc! JB is not crap - he is just not WDC material, even you cannot argue with that!

I believe he is. You need to be consistent, obviously fast, not make silly mistakes, with a bit of luck too. Button has all this (except luck!). He doesn't have off-days like a lot of other drivers, he's always motivated and extremely hungry to win. Given the car to do it, I am very confident that he can get the job as well as nearly all the other f1 drivers
