Then you would like the weather in Sydney this week. We have had all four seasons in about 3 days.

I hate being hot. At least when its cold you can make yourself warm. But when its hot outside its just uncomfortable and annoying! British weather is perfect for me!!!

Yes, rain 3 days out of every 5 is ideal! Who needs the sun?

Christmas should be cold.

It also helps to get rid of all the old timers that are crippling the NHS. Merry Christmas everyone!

For me last Christmans was about 38 degree's C.

Dashing through the bush,

in a rusty Holden Ute,

Kicking up the dust,

esky in the boot,

Kelpie by my side,

singing Christmas songs,

It's Summer time and I am in

my singlet, shorts and thongs

Oh! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way,

Christmas in Australia

on a scorching summers day, Hey!

Jingle bells, jingle bells, Christmas time is beaut!,

Oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty Holden Ute.

Engine's getting hot;

we dodge the kangaroos,

The swaggie climbs aboard,

he is welcome too.

All the family's there,

sitting by the pool,

Christmas Day the Aussie way,

by the barbecue.

Oh! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way,

Christmas in Australia

on a scorching summers day, Hey!

Jingle bells, jingle bells, Christmas time is beaut!,

Oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty Holden Ute.

Come the afternoon,

Grandpa has a doze,

The kids and Uncle Bruce,

are swimming in their clothes.

The time comes 'round to go,

we take the family snap,

Pack the car and all shoot through,

before the washing up.

Oh! Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way,

Christmas in Australia

on a scorching summers day, Hey!

Jingle bells, jingle bells, Christmas time is beaut!,

Oh what fun it is to ride in a rusty Holden Ute.

I will be there in February but Southern California is reknowned for having the best weather in the world... South Africa, on the other hand, is not.

 Yes, London has famously miserable weather.

Ive been to many countries around the world, and thus far South African summer weather is the best Ive seen, particularly the coastal regions on the Indian ocean.

California is probably renouned for great weather and not SA because chances are most Americans dont know where South Africa is :)

All jokes aside, A mate of mine got asked when he was in America if South Africa is in Texas...

I would have replied: "Sure it is, its the biggest city in the entire state" :D

(Also no offense pumpdoc, I know you know where it is) ;)

My friend was on this cruise with a bunch of Americans and he told them that he came from Canada in conversation and naturally their first reaction was "Oh, it's so cold there". So, because this was the summer, he said "no, it's really hot, like 34 degrees" and the Americans erupted in laughter before he could say "celcius". The funny part is, when he did explain, they didn't understand celcius and just took it as fact that the Canadian summertime temperature is about zero farenheit.

Oh and none of them knew anything about Canada - the capital, any of the major cities... some didn't even know where the country was!
