pabloh20 1 Report post Posted December 13, 2006 The only reason i know of it is because whenever something happens to any of our Socceroos players it gets a mention in the news. I still find it hard to believe how fast Soccer/Football has grown in popularity since December 2005. Ahh, I see. I take it Ronaldo didn't get very good press then? ykickamoocow 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2006 Ahh, I see. I take it Ronaldo didn't get very good press then? Nope. Id be very happen if Lucas Neil broke Ronaldo's leg next time he plays Blackburn as Neil is the only member of our team who has managed to break a opponents leg. In my opinion people who are caught diving should serve a 10 match suspension and i am certain that if FIFA put in that rule then diving would suddenly stop. Well, the hard part would be implementing it. For instance, remember when you were in school and you were running along and somebody would just slightly kick your heels and you go for a bit of a tumble? Well, in these days of football the pace of the game is so much faster than it was years ago and when somebody gets knocked off balance or clipped it looks all the more dramatic these days. However, I have to be honest I would like to see tougher rules against diving and if some innocent parties fall foul of it at times, then I'm afraid it's tough and the players only have themsleves to blame for getting the game to this state in the first place. Wez 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2006 Well, for your information we have cars over here that don't have hubcaps, we have wheel trims or alloys - what timezone are you from? I mean come on so 80's stereotype or what? Is that the best you can do? As for being inbred, well it's so we don't have to have sex with ugly fcukers like you - I mean if beauty is skin deep, you're inside out!! Anyway, on to the question in hand, as I say I have never found any problems with the Chelsea fans when they come over to Anfield, so I can only take things as I have experienced it for myself. I don't know if Millwall fans are as bad as they used to be, they certainly don't get the same press anymore. Mind you I think football fans in general are better behaved these days than in the 80s for example. In fact the last time I saw crowd trouble was when I was at a Tranmere/Burnley game I think. See, you have a complete lack of understanding here because quite frankly you are not from our wonderful country! Let me explain it to you - pull up a seat, my informationally challenged friend. When a player plays for England, it then doesn't generally matter what club they play for - obviously there are a few exceptions to this, but in general the country supports the 'team'. So when Ronaldo butted in and tried to influence the sending off of Rooney, the people over here see it as Ronaldo trying to get an England player sent off, not a manure player. Now I have explained to you what it's like to be a true football fan, is there anything else I can help you with? Clearly I know a lot more about British soccer than you... But I should have know that since I found out you were an inbred scouzer... ps... I should hope you dont find me attractive and would rather shag your aunty Margret (or uncle Jim for that matter) than me.... Im only into lasses!
Wez 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2006 For all future topics relating to soccer I will not argue with Pablo but will instead take the advice of my sig... Incase the inbreeding has damaged your eye sight it says: Never argue with an idiot. Because they will drag you down to their level, then beat you on experience. I should hope you dont find me attractive and would rather shag your aunty Margret (or uncle Jim for that matter) than me.... Im only into lasses! It's scouser, if you don't mind! Don't flatter yourself, I wasn't referring to me shagging you, just scouse women in general. However, seems you automatically assumed that I wanted to shag you, then I would suggest deep down you do actually want me, baby!! Just so you know, Wez, inbreddity (yes it is a word ) isn't something normally aimed at scousers - the theft things, shell suits, etc are all part of the stereotype for scousers, but not being inbred - not sure were you got that one from. For all future topics relating to soccer I will not argue with Pablo but will instead take the advice of my sig...Incase the inbreeding has damaged your eye sight it says: Never argue with an idiot. Because they will drag you down to their level, then beat you on experience. Damn, I can't read that properly.........let me get Aunty Marg's glasses..........ah that's better! So are you admitting that I beat you ??? In your face, sucker!!

Wez 0 Report post Posted December 13, 2006 Wow, I need just a few more posts to reach 3000! I could sit here having a pathetic argument with Pablo but I think i'll give it a break. For the record I dont hate Pablo or think he's a pr!ck or anything like that, I just think he needs a sense of humour and needs to watch his mouth when it comes to personal attacks! BTW, Although there probably isn't much inbreeding in Liverpool, lets be honest... its not exactly the pick of the big cities in the Uk, any non-scouzer would agree with me. Can anyone give me more information on this. We tried to get him over summer, ykick, but in the end I don't think the 2 clubs could come to a deal. The chances are he will come to us in the transfer window, though.
cavallino 2 Report post Posted December 13, 2006 Smart move, that will keep him away from the Italians Incidentally, are there any Italian internationals playing in England, I remember there used to be very few Spanish players but that's changed now, obviously. The liverpoolfc.tv forum? Never go there, ykick, it's a horrible place with some mind numbing views. I haven't been on there for months now because I can't bring myself to!! The thing is, football fans are fickle, so if he comes to us and does a good job, all will be forgotten.

And just to show you all im not been biased against the Pool, I honestly would rather have their current right back... the under rated Finnen. Neil played quite well against Brazil in the World Cup. He has been the Socceroos capatain for the past few games and he recently managed to score a goal in the UEFA Cup which is amazing in itself as he is a defender.
