I am not bigoted, i just find some of the things that islam, and islamic law (sharia) stands for disgusting, especially these 3: 1: Putting people to death for being gay 2: Putting people to death for converting away from islam 3: Putting women to death (by stoning nonetheless) for sex outside marrige even if they get raped (or for infidelity if they get raped whilst theyre married) Islam is a backwards, barbaric religion with no relavence in modern society imho Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Shane2 0 Report post Posted December 7, 2006 I seriously doubt that somehow, seeing as almost all executions in the middle east are carried out in the name of islamic law, and all suicide bombings are carried out in the name of islam. I do not recall a single case of a person being put to death for being gay under christianity, yet i know for a fact peope have been hanged for being gay under sharia.
