Nick Heidfeld Interview

Recommended Posts

Kubica is obviously the new star, but you're right Jem, I'll still put my money on Heidfeld. I've got respect for that guy. Heidfeld's experience will carry him through while Kubiza is still on a learning curve....

Yes!!!

Everyone seems to forget the very strong season that Heidfeld had in 2006 (and in 2005 for that matter), which vexes me!

I hope both drivers kick a##!, especially eachothers!

Hopefully with the new car which is a bit more like a frontrunner than a standard Sauber we may see some results.

NH: To make it very clear, my goal is and will always be to win the Formula One world championship. Not in 2007, that would be unrealistic, but in the near future

 love to hear this :)

*you all know i wouldn't resist posting here :) *

i'm beginning to see why people loved to hate Jenson. Except the difference is Jenson has proved himself and showed in his debut year that he was going to be a future star, Kubica has had 1 good race and was lucky that his team-mate's was messed up that day through no fault of his own. He hasnt endured the struggles of a full season, so why people think he's now going to beat Heidfeld next year is beyond me

People tend to forget that Heidfeld has outshone previous team mates like Raikkonen, JV & Webber... not bad going!

At least Nick got some personal payback for not being chosen as a Mclaren driver.... but it was the Iceman rookie year

Yeah, I think he came out of both 2006 and the interview very well.

He's a really nice guy that deserves to do well. He has the right attitude and now that the car is getting better and better, he has every chance of realiing his dreams. He may have to drive for Ferrari or something in the future though.
