Aww come on Danny! I started the Jez birthday thread and the BP one. I thought it was my job to take care of the Aussies.

Okay, fine, I was only doing it for the hot Aussie women that might come as a benefit of being nice to the Aussies. I guess not.

Happy belated birthday, Nathan! LET'S GO WEBBO!

1) I do not like Star Trek, and never will :P

(really I always found it boring...I will never understand what people sees in that)

2) Honor, color, center, tire. There you go! Get out of here with your archaic English! I am an American too, I support the language of the new world, you are the old one! :P

Indeed, I completely understand. Star Trek requires a certain level of cerebrality to understand :whistling:

As everybody who has ever watched a sequel or remake will tell you, the original can never be bettered

I only saw the original, never even bothered with the new one (that bald guy, I don't trust his kind!), I even watched one of their movies (the one with the Voyager probe, so boring!)

For me they were just a bumch of grown persons in pajamas rolling on the floor.

I was a fan of another show, with Martin Landau. Here it was called "Cosmos: 1999"

When I said the original can never be bettered, I was talking about the English language!

Anyway, I like all the Star Trek series, though the 1st movie was pretty dire, as you say.

You know, I used to love Space: 1999 as a kid ( I had the toys & everything) and then a few years back I caught a repeat while I was channel hopping, so I decided to watch it. To say it was poor is being kind, it definitely hasn't stood the test of time!
