Those words are stupid and nonsense..Sato is a driver who made it into F.1 after just 5 (FIVE!!) years of racing so shut up Chris you doesn't deserve to talk about him!!!He's a good driver no doubt about it...I think Dc deserves a shot at red bull so he can helpthem to develop the car..Liuzzi (who is a great driver) will finish as a second test driver at Williams alongside Pizzonia

Jerez: Coulthard back in action

His first test with Red Bull Racing

Despite the early morning fog, fifteen drivers were in action today at Jerez, including David Coulthard who had his first taste of driving for Red Bull Racing.

Pedro de la Rosa achieved the fastest time of the day, only two tenths of a second from the track record held by Michael Schumacher (in 1'15"650). David Coulthard finished seventh on the time sheets after completing a total of 61 laps.

Christian Klien and Vitantonio Liuzzi were also in action at Red Bull Racing and finished in eleventh and fifteenth places respectively.

In 1996 JV was a rookie. In 1997 HHF didn't have his best season but JV did some impressive races.

Of course Hill beat JV, and so he should have with all his experience and him knowing the team, the tracks and everything else. The fact it took Hill until the last race to see JV off shows that a DH didn't blow JV away and that JV, to get so close in his rookie year, against a much more experience driver is something special. Noone else had a car that came close to Williams in 96, but I don't hear you saying anything about him. Talented Englishmen??? You're talking about Hill and Button here, not Mansell or Moss But then again, who am I to presume that any logic is implemented in your thinking.

And yes '03 is fresh in our minds, for the way JB's best, is JV's worst. JB got lucky, nothing more, that he had DR running the team, hyping JB up and effectively running the show for him. Come last year JV was physically drained from the infighting and it only got worse last year. Im sure you've also taken into consideration the fact JV always qualified with more fuel on board than JB and his disgraceful reliability record never allowed him to show his true potential. Qualifying was close with JB beating JV 8-7, hardly a thrashing and good considering the way JV always ran with more fuel, also take into account a finishing record of 5 races of 15, and in those 5 he finished two were marred by mechanical problems. nichos sums it up nicely with his brief statement.

Yeah JB got heaps of podiums this year, and so he should have with a great car like that. JV got two when the car was a dog!! Where was he before this year?? It took this great talent 5 years to get onto the podium, and he's had cars which were capable of reaching the podium and has been beaten by every teammate before 03.

You're also forgetting that JB beat Trulli on points in 2002, and that he was extremely unlucky not to get on the podium that year. Kimi is the most hyped driver ever and lets not forget Heidfeld beat him in 01 then DC beat him in 02. U people seem to have a problem with the fact that Button is the man and JV most definately ISN'T

you are right in that he has never fought for a title or won a race. This year showed that he's perfectly capable of winning. He came 2nd 4 times and was very close every time. Alonso has only won 1 and only come close this year in france since then. Kimi i accept is a true talent he's fast and consistent, same as JB

I've followed Button,Alonso and Kimi since they were kating alltogether in the late '90s...they are all big talents,and quicker than most of others overhyped drivers such as Webber or Ralf Schumacher..not because MW or RS are not quick but simply because KR,FA and JB are a totally diffferent kind of drivers,they have talent in their blood!!!like Senna and Prost had,like Schuey has!!!

We'll see next year he's een impressive in coming in F.1 just intwo years since he left karting and at just 19....but it's your opinion..I think also that JB has been too much forgiven after the difficul 2001 season...probably people had too many eyes for Webber...a very good fella but not a an equally good driver...

Well I believe Webber is another overrated driver. He's qualified well a couple of times, but thats about it. In Brazil 04 he drove straight into his team-mate. He won't get away with that at Williams

At Monaco, in 01 i think it was, when almost 90% of the field wrecked and Eddie had the worst career move when he went there for 2000, in 2000 i think he scored like 1 point or something.
