"I said that if a person included CART and the Indy 500 JV is the best driver in 25 years"

Why not bold the whole sentance Murray. As JV is the only driver in the last 25 years to win the CART championship, Indy 500 and the WDC then I can conclude he is the best, if one considers those things.. I am not so sure what is stupid about this remark.? What I am trying to determine is why Senna and you take such exception to that remark?????

Let me make it simple

In the last 25 years who has one the indy 500, CART chanmpionship and the WDC.

As far as I know there is only one guy, so is it not true that if only one guy has done it he must be the best of the group!!!!

What don't you guys get about this , and what makes the statement stupid if it is true??????

So what Senna claims is an outlandish, stupid statement is actually the truth, and some how I'm the fanatic!!!!!!

Only in Senna's and your world I would suggest.

Now if I make a statement that Sauber will out qualify a Ferrari this year, and in fact the statement becomes truth, is it still stupid and outlandish????!!!!

Maybe I know some things about this sport that matter.

Actually i would say im close to being the most fanatical, and proud of it, LOL

:lol: I tend to agree, and as a matter of fact I have no problem with a guy standing by his favorite driver. You have your reasons for believing that and I stand by your right to express them even if I don't agree.

Not if it comes from Alistair , it is maybe a compliment...  ;)

-joking-

YHR and Monty...

Yeah Senna is almost all the time rude, please dont get angry (maybe just with him)...and post all you want to say, its our right of expression.

go back to bussiness...  :)

I'm not mad at anybody, but I stand for something, and I think it is important to not ruin good dialougue by throwing insults at people. I am hoping enough of you agree, and this place can be a place for people to share opinions without having mud thrown at them.

Someone called it a crusade, I call it common decency.

We were comparing the best ever lap times, not those from a particular day of testing. It is quite likely that BAR didn't have 2 drivers doing exactly the same thing on the same day. However presumably even Sato will have done plently of low fuel testing and the gap between him and JB is significant.

Ha ha, I am of British decent.  My Dad flew in the RAF during the second world war, and helped save the British empire.  If it wasn't for him and guys like him ,you would be understanding German humour.

Ya you're a real clown Senna.  hahahaha.

Funny lines from Senna

"You're Stupid"  That's a good one.

"Don't be moronic"  another classic.  I am laughing my a## off on that one

I would list others, but I'd fall off my chair because I would be laughing so hard.
