Recommended Posts

I've been going thru this quiz, it does'nt work....

One needs to pose a question, and set a cut-off time quickly.... 10 - 15 minutes......... unfortunately the forums is dead at the moment....

I just checked. It is the correct answer though he did score 36 points in 2005 which a sizable chunk of his total number of points.

ok well done.

without looking it up, try spelling the name of nick heidfeld's home town. Part of the challenge is actually knowing what his home town is!

If you are reffering to where he lives in Switzerland, its just down the road from me "Stafa" pronounced Staefa.

But I believe his home town in Germany is "Monchengladbach" pronounced "Muunchengladback"

Yes he has completly left F1 since end 06. No not sato(he is still in SA planning some new moves to get rid of cars)

Yup now you got it. :clap3: it still counts however ridiculous it might seem.

Could you give the year as a clue?

Not really, because I don't know the answer!! I was hoping some clever person who can search the internet better than me would post something and I'd learn the answer!

Here's what I do know: The 1978 Lotus 79 had one, but it didn't finish the season with it and was replaced by an earlier gearbox. They still used the H-pattern boxes through '72 (but no idea if the sequential was used before that). That leaves a window of (maybe) 1972 - 1978. Happy hunting! (If anyone finds the answer, please post a link to where you got the info)
