    I feel no happiness or unhappiness that Alonso DNFed. Far cry from a couple of weeks back. I'd rather be happy in my own success(?) than others' failures.

      As for me, I never had any love for Britney so excuse me for not being too excited on the whereabouts in 2013 for the guy that has not exactly beaten Nico all this time. Schumi is nowadays a mediocre but pintoresque driver with a glorious past. I'd love to watch him on track but only for those memories. If there is a better combination for actual racing then I will not mourn his loss too long.

      Now that Schumi's improved a lot recently; it makes no sense to elbow him out. Ok, maybe he isn't what he was, but he still can extract nearly the maximum out of his machinery. I've given up hopes of his continuing, to be honest.
