Should you perhaps both wait until after his first FULL season with Honda before being 100% sure. I doubt he could have done much with the car last season anyway although BAR did improve as the season went on.

Nick Fry though will always be a c##k, I'm sure of that but I'm not sure of Gil De Ferran just yet.

Senna and I both have sufficient experience and foresight that we didn't need to see any of Gil de Ferran's management work before we were able to predict his ultimate uselessness. The writing was on the wall (for us).
