Max Mosley 2 Report post Posted May 11, 2007 oh gr8... which languages? Well I'm a physics student and we tend to use FORTRAN, only rarely C or C++ like you do, I suspect from your earlier post. They claim it's faster for numerical work and also we have lots of legacy code. In a way the legacy code is my problem atm: the program I'm working on is huge and mainly written by other people and I can't understand half of it! Oh well...
