Heidfeld And Pizzonia Head-to-head In Testing

Recommended Posts

in terms of sheer bhp, Toyota, Honda and BMW are top I hear, but Ferrari engine is a stonking one as well, helped by a very very aero efficient car. The only thing stopping Toyota from winning is aero problems and its drivers as they have always had a powerful and reliable engine, whilst Honda only got reliable and very powerful in '04.

BMW HAD the most powerful engine. Word is that Toyota and Honda are the big boys in bhp stakes.

Lucky for them the main rivals mercedes completely embarrassed themselves last year, with Kimi retiring from most of the first half of the season. BMW won't stay down long, nor will Williams. But Honda and BAR are becoming a very strong partnership!!

Would you rather have a BMW engine or a Toyota or Honda one?

it is is difficult question, especially since you don't know the eact reason why williams did'nt perfom last year.It was maybe the nose but there could have been other problems

1. D. Coulthard 1:16.134 (64 laps)

2. A. Pizzonia 1:16.230 (44 laps)

3. N. Heidfeld 1:16.954 (44 laps)

4. O. Panis 1:17.019 (103 laps)

5. C. Klien 1:17.035 (76 laps)

6. J. Trulli 1:17.335 (77 laps)

7. R. Barrichello 1:17.400 (56 laps)

8. R. Schumacher 1:17.884 (71 laps)

An awful lot of you think Antonio Pizzonia is crap compared to Heidfeld, hey look at the times above; Antonio is 7/10 tenth faster than Heidfeld that's not bad for a crap driver! Heidfeld has had FIVE years to prove himself without impressing anybody. Antonio had half a season! That's just not fair.....

pizzaboy has had 2 years. He got fired from his first gig, then got beaten by his former team mate, who was driving a worse car. Game set and match to, pizzionia sucks.

Thats the 1st time pizzaboy has been ahead of heidfeld i think, and he couldn't even beat a red bull car! (admittedly neither dfid heidfeld) but still, hes a crap driver, heidfeld has never had the chance to impress, pizzaboy had a perfect oppertunity by getting to drive for williams whilst ralf was injured, and failed to impress in a good car! Basically theres no contest, heidfeld deserves the seat

we can only look at last year and as the year progressed they became reliable. Although it kills me to say it, Id prefer the Honda over BMW.

You guys analise a engine in one season?? Come on, all the history behind engines counts and overall BMW engines are much more strong than the Hondas

yes, we're analysing which engine is the most powerful, at present. to be honest, that's the only thing that matters when looking at the upcoming season.

if we were talking about analysing the historical performance of engines then we would be talking about cosworths, not bmw's.

I think too that heidfeld is better than webber...however..you seems not to understand me..I'm not saying that JV has always been average, when he was a rookie he really impressed me..but I think the BAR experience has really stressed him cause by 2001 onwards he seems very average...

Williams will pick Heidfield ( BMW will ensure that ) and guess Webber is going to have tough time staying ahead of "Quick Nick". I wouldn't be suprised by midway of the season everyone thought that Webber was over rated.

Can't wait for the season to start.....

Not to mention the embarrasing clash he had with Klein during Brazilian Grand Prix, and was sitting by the way side too emabarrased to meet with the mechanics...
