Ha Ha Ha Webber!!!

Recommended Posts

Heidfeld scores maiden pole in front of homecrowd while Webber is down in third, 0.290 away.

I'm really happy.Nick has scored the best result of the team so far, and this is very important cause both drivers had never scored a pole before in their career so this is a big boost for Nick in the hunt for a leading position inside the team...and is also a big blow for the ultra-overrated Webber.

is this necessary?

i don't understand why is there so much hate for webber in this forum

to me he is a good driver

heidfeld being better than him doesn't make webber overrated

it just makes heidfeld underrated

Its heidfelds home GP, i'd expect him to be at his strongest. Whats wrong with being beaten once in quali by your teammate anyhow? Im sure your favourite driver has been beaten more then once by a teammate

I don't think so as my fav is a certain Kimi Raikkonen :P

I've been shocked by Ferrari domination in the last years however...I need a psychologist for this :lol:

He's an awesome driver (Mark). Just that I've been trying to prove the point over the last few years, if Heidfeld got a chance to drive something half decent he could take it to the best around. Mark certainly proved he belongs amongst the elite in F1 more than I can say for Button and his light weight cars! :D

MS was tenth. 1,5 seconds slower than Heidfeld

ditto, they will not have made as massive a step as they have done! and it will be amusing tomorrow when we watch mark go backwards and have a pathetically bad start, i expect kimi will nip infront of heidfeld anyway at the first corner!

Where the hell were button and jappo (thats not racist) i know they went out fiorst but surely they cudda done better than that, they better hope their engines last por they cud be stuck in the same places for canada too!

Kimi's car looked much more havier than Nick's and Webber's car..

So Race Strategy will play a major part...

i think Kimi will go for 1stop strategy...

Take a look at Alonso..he ran with very very heavy fuel in qualifying..in the morning practice session 1 Renault were leading comfortably

Perhaps you should wait until tomorrow before you go haha Webber... just imagine if Nick pits sooner...then who will look the fool?

Oh btw did you make a thread for Nick when he was beaten last gp twice...oh I thought not. My advice: Get off someone's back for long enough to let them show you what they can do.

Don't expect Webber to win..you would remain disappointed.Neither Nick nor Mark will win tomorrow..they were lighter than McLarens and Renault were ultra heavy and Ferrari..you know which problem they have with qualifying.

"Getting the pole here at my home Grand Prix hasn't really dawned on me yet," said Heidfeld, whose rather humble and straight-talking manner contrasts sharply with the overconfident swagger of a number of other top drivers.

Quote from autosport - I wonder who he is referring to

;)

I wonder

Atleast Mark is in 3rd, if he gets away for once he might be able to hold on to the podium, depending on just how light they've gone.

Where's Button, you brits? :P

Surely you don't expect Williams to improve, and be on par with Mclaren from Monaco without any testing......

Do you?
