Jenson_Rules 0 Report post Posted November 17, 2005 the labour party in general are idiots. Not only did the gap between the rich and those in poverty grow during the conservatives reign, it has significantly increased under labour too! Ironic considering labour is supposed to help the poor!
Jem of the Shire 0 Report post Posted November 17, 2005 There's no-one else in this country who can do Blair's job better than Blair. He's not so bad, although I dont agree with helping america bomb people

ksajoe 0 Report post Posted November 17, 2005 Button is a very smooth driver and looks like budding talent. However the time has come when claiming he has never had a race winning car under him will not be enough. He has driven a very average season (might be he had an average car!). He has never really been tested - Sato is very unlikely to push a driver to try harder. Let's hope he can give us plenty to admire and comment on next season by firstly overshadowing Rubens (most of you consider this as a given, but they lad will be very suprised at the level Rubens will be driving at). I really hope he gets that win as it will only serve to motivate him to higher heights.

nojvnof1 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2005 Button isn't worth 20 mill a year. He's not an A-grade racer in F1. I agree with the skeptics who say it is seemingly sour grapes, but I see his point.

I agree with the skeptics who say it is seemingly sour grapes, but I see his point. I say it again, how do you know he's not a A-grade racer in F1? He's not had the machinery to show the world what he is made of yet. He's seen off Villeneuve when everyone thought he'd be destroyed by Jacques. Everyone said back then that having Villenueve as a team mate was Button's biggest test. He passed it.... What is everyones problem with Jenson? Forget the contract issues too... What has he done wrong on the race track? I'm confused... He drove very well in a average race car this season.

ButtonGod 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2005 Good point, Jarno was beaten too. I meant to add him too. Yes, Button is improving all the time. 2001, people forget he was battling a shoulder injury for most of the season and had to even take pain killing injections before races. In my opinion this season will make him an even better racer. He had awful luck this year.

ButtonGod 0 Report post Posted November 18, 2005 Sure, only getting outqualified once and never beaten in the race by Sato is something that you have to take on board. Where is all this "Button is not a grade A racer" coming from. Look at the statistics, for crying out loud.
