Indeed. I would agree with Maure except for the last item which, being an Argentinian is a n o-brainer: schnitzels with fries, pasta, pizza and barbecue (actually, "asado", as our asado is as similar to american barbecue as american football is similar to actual football )

Pucky the Whale 0 Report post Posted July 5, 2010 1. Hmm...Cat's Cradle or Brave New World or Crime and Punishment 2. Not a big movie person, actually. I just watch whatever and enjoy it, assuming I'm with the right people. 3. Any place with memories. More general, Massachusetts. 4. The 2010 Hyundai Sonata. It's a boring practical car that doesn't look like a boring practical car. Of all-time? I don't know. 5. I'm lame...I watch Survivor and The Amazing Race regularly. Any trashy low-IQ television is fine with me, though, but only once in a while. 6. Oh, something boring for sure. I only eat plain food. Plain pasta or plain white rice, perhaps. Those fish-shaped crackers, too, but only the "original" flavor-less ones.

Medilloni 6 Report post Posted July 6, 2010 John. Whats the surprise? The tuna wakes up and slaps you in the face then runs off your plate to commit suicide in the frying pan? I called it that 'cos the first few times I made it I was skint, the ingredients were all we had in the house, so it changed often! Let me know if you want the recipe, it's mega hot
maure 1 Report post Posted July 6, 2010 1. Book: Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance Strange good feelings were evoked by this. I must have been really high when I read this book, which I did enjoy quite a lot. Fresh, strange, real, all too human. Hmmmm... yes, real, very real. The edition I read had as epilogue the circumstances of the author's son murder. There was a sequel (probably even a website), if I remember correctly. Some deep philosophicals about "Quality".
