Alonso Up To His Tricks Again

Recommended Posts

in FP2 today

"I was hoping that he would let me go so I could finish my lap but he didn't, he wanted to play a game of chicken about who could brake the latest and that was it," Doornbos told autosport.com.

"I am curious to see what he thinks, obviously it was great that he gave me a tow and it is a shame.

"We definitely touched. There is some evidence."

Here is a video of Alonso brake testing Doornbos last GP. It was a very dangerous and very unsportsman like thing to do.

That's why i got confused with the thread, I could'nt believe he does this Sh#t again after what happened at Hungary...

the pressure is too much too bear, not as easy as last year when the opponents engine'ss kept breaking down or inheriting undeserved wins, the boy's losing it....

Alonso clearly tries to turn into Doornbos and hits him (there was contact, you can't see it in this video), very Jerez '97 like.

And lastly.... Who cares what some some clown who is officially a Formula 1 reject has to say. I most certainly couldn't give a sh!t.
Every web site just says the two collided which is bound to happen when you place moving chicane/ex tractor drivers on the same track as the quickest driver in the world!

Report form f1racing.net

"The most excitement came in the dying minutes when Fernando Alonso overtook Robert Doornbos. It looked like Doornbos never saw Alonso as he steered into the corner as if the Spaniard wasn't there. The pair banged their wheels at against each other but they were able to come back to the pitlane."

Well if the stewards have any balls, Alonso will be penalized. The in-car clearly shows him turning into him with a violent jerk of the wheel..........The Alonso melt-down continues :mf_tongue:

Doornbos was clearly ahead going into the cornor and it was Alonso who braked hard and late and then turned his wheel into him............

Wez how do you explain that violent steering movement towards Doorknobs after he had made the turn?

Thats just the driving style of a ex tractor driver! :P

Firstly No Shumacher fan should ever be allowed to EVER complain about any driver causing accidents even ones on purpose!

Secondly I cant be bothered arguing with the Alonso haters club.

I say it was Doos-boses fault, you all say it was Alonso's... But the truth is every report ive seem so far agrees with me.

So Im gonna leave it at that!

Alonso wasn't overtaking Doornbos it was the other way around. Doornbos got ahead on the straight as it looked like Alonso slowed down a bit to let him through (Doornbos was on a hot lap), but then braked way too late to let him through and so it was always going to end in contact.

Alonso is losing a lot of respect from a lot of people, not that it matters yet, but next year it will. Mclaren are not looking too pleased with this type of behaviour.

Not a single valid argument then and an ad hominem, as Jay would put it? :rolleyes2:

Well to clarify, I hate the behaviour not the driver.

Not very constructive to dismiss people's opinion as irrational hate just because they disagree.
