Robert Kubica's Unlucky Season

Recommended Posts

Don't give him ideas of he'll say I'm claiming it hehe

Actually I just watched RTL after race interview, and Nick said the car balance wasn't working and he couldn't go on with those tires, besides he had no radio ;)

ok... I like Kubica but better than Nick?! If I had a d#ck, I'd ask you all to suck it.

 You bet you would.

Yup and it sounds a bit weird from the reasons given. I think QuickNick must be more right than Nick, surely.

Well, you needn't have that appendage to invite a good bit of suckage, though I daresay a good licking is more in order....

what u wanted him to say? 'actually we think kubica sucks, but as we already signed his deal, we cannot get our money back...'

How come I just KNEW this would be your response? I should start reading fortunes... <_<

I think his answer would be a little less straight forward if he thought Kubica was not up to par with Nick. Something along the lines of "Robert is a great driver, he learned a lot this seson, and we are looking forward to him having a great 2008 season." At least that's what I would do. Instead, he gave a very strightforward answer that strangely coincides with my opinions I expressed (in my more serious posts) since about June. Of course, you can always spin anything any way you want by giving it an exactly opposite meaning. But, I believe that at least this time I'm right.

Nick has a $10M (or is it euros?) deal, Robert has $1.1 M deal. I think they would be harder pressed to get their money back from Nick. Incidentally, per point earned, Kubica is the cheapest F1 driver at this time.

Heidfeld faster ( again ) than Kubica in Q1, q2 and Q3.

Poor Piotr,, what will he have to invent to believe that Kubica is faster ?

Final result. Which of course does not matter if Kubica finishes ahead of Nick, but tells the entire story when order is reversed.

Since when it became a 'make u laugh game'? Because I've been laughing about the things u say all along hehe

Better than being accused of things and being called names. I think we all get too involved in discussions and forget we just should have fun discussing F1.

Also, I predict that in 10-15 years you'll go back to this post and think "I CANNOT BELIEVE how right was that guy with a funny name! I wish I could tell him that." But that's OK, I'll KNOW... :checkit:

Ok, need to stop hallucinating now...

They are both really good Kathy...You say Kubica sucks but you know nothing about him. He's always been bloody fast despite when he raced in karts he had to cope with privateer material while better funded driver like the so much hyped Rosberg were well behind. If Heidfeld is having the upper hand is because of experience (much more than his rival) and fate.

I say Kubica sucks from the moment u all say Nick sucks ;) If you all didn't want to make Kubi huge by making Nick smaller (than he really is at 1,64), I wouldn't play the other way round...

I don't give a damn to where he started karting, and I really don't wanna know about it. If u're complaining on Nico, well... It's Nico's problem, not mine, neither Nick's.

Now if you wanna talk bout having poor conditions to kart, thats not a 'priviledge' only for 'kubeetza', Sebastian also didn't have money for karting, and had to go to the tracks and wait if someone would let him kart for free, and later sell old kart pieces on Ebay to pay for his things...

well, considering kimi's chances, I'd rather support Fernando. And also cus then Lewis would lose to his teammate... hehe *evil kati*

yeah agree, kimi has only mathematical chances in remaining 2 races :(

but i just hate McWhineren that i'd not be supporting any of their drivers

Well we can start a new thread...How many drivers will be penalized in chinese GP for racing with lewis?

Seb was already. Apparently they know it will rain and he could try again to b on front so he got 5 places penalty for 'blocking' Kovi...

Over the past few days I have been noticing that, you were first attacking Nick in your posts and now its Lewis. I tell you, both Nick and Lewis have have done a better job, and Kubica is a fantastic racer, but fans like you make him look pathetic and make him lose the respect he deserves.

First place in the middle of the race (34 lap), with the same number of pitstops as following him Kimi and Fernando,

and a gearbox failure...

This boy really doesn't have luck this season :(

This story is Sci-Fi for the media. He was certainly not rich but he was also funded by Red Bull since he was 12 and raced for the best teams.

Felt sorry for Kubica.

Bit like Webber's luck last weekend in the timing of it all.

I have just seen interview with Kubica, on polish TV , and this guy asks him about his retirement : "How do you feel about it?"

I thought that after Mark being asked that question last week everybody, everywhere, on any channel in the world would be advised "not to ask that question to a driver that just retired from a race with a chance for his lifetime best"

boy, this people will never learn.

He could have won if he hadn't have this failure... that would have been amazing. Shame it didn't happen. :(
