I'm bored so I figger I'll respond seriously to the OP:

Right I've now completely forgotten wtf the F1 threads were originally created for cos 2 (maybe a few more) keep posting random OT sh1t!

C'mon you've been around here long enough to know better than this. The atmosphere here at TF1 has evolved into a sort of common room where we all gather to talk about F1 and other stuff. It's a rolling conversation among friends that loosely follows the 'F1 Discussions/Cafe' guidelines. There aren't a lot of new people these days so we can get away with it. Besides, you should learn to break the rules a bit..it's good for you. Can ya dig it?

I created this thread so that everyone here can talk about general stuff! Wish we had a shoutbox so there'd be less OTing & annoying Bruce!

That's fine, but we're all mocking you a little bit when we post here. Not a mean sort of mocking, but a sort of 'get a grip' kind of thing. As for annoying Bruce, I've met the man and I can tell you with some authority that it would take eleventy-billion times more frustration than this forum is capable of to annoy him. ;) That man has a psyche of steel.

Well, we could discuss what aerodynamic effect would happen if the drivers raced without helmets. You'd have to factor in Alonso's unibrow and Button's...er....whatever the hell that is all over his face.

Well, we could discuss what aerodynamic effect would happen if the drivers raced without helmets. You'd have to factor in Alonso's unibrow and Button's...er....whatever the hell that is all over his face.

Button's would cause more lift, Alonso's would give him more downforce, I think :eusa_think:

The thing is, they'd start wearing a face suit like the swimmers wear and I'm not sure it owuld be a good look.

After much thought, I do concur, however there is one area still clouded somewhat in doubt. The area of the side burns. Maybe a discussion with Jackie Stewart and Emerson Fittipaldi for their thoughts are needed for a conclusion to be drwan on the matter.

You'd have to factor in the enormous sunglasses they both wore. Surely those would smooth out the air over the sideburns' lead edges....

Winglets were banned by the FIA last year Nathan....only allowed rear wings/uni brows, front wings/moustaches, and....yeah...what the hell is that all over jens' face?

And I do believe that Rubens will get banned for his baldness....Massa a few stop n go's I think...
