Maybe titilating at first, then when thought about it's possibly the closest you'll see on film as men being an object. A bit controversial for its time too..... It is based on true story, where a formula1 forum member gets severely injured in a racing accident and suspects he is brain injured, and asks his doctor to let him die, so the doctor pulls out a hammer and blows on his head repeatedly and till he appears dead. His brother spreads the sad news by mailing many people including one of the f1 forum members. The member promptly makes a new thread honouring the valued dead member. One hour later back in US, while the DHL truck moves the dead body it accidently runs over a pothole which shakes the dead body and brings the dead body back to life. The doctors were shocked and when they took CT scan on his head, they found a kidney shaped organ instead of brains leaving the guy with some digestive problems instead. But all that matters was that guy is back to life and he starts making threads about Nascar that has nothing to do with motorsports. It's German and about nazi germany, so I assume it will be... I seem to have a thing about films like that! Thanks! Yep, The Counterfeiters is pretty good. It's a true & amazing story. All the same, do visit IMDB.com to read some user reviews. It should help you in deciding. I always go by the IMDB ratings. By & large, if the rating's below 6.5 I don't see the movie. It's always futile to give definite conclusions to his movies. I've not seen Irreversible, but did see that disturbing clip of the movie. It was too uncomfortable besides the fact that "my" Monica Bellucci got pawed by some other guy. Fellas, I hope you've seen "The Incredible Hulk"! LabradoRacer 2 Report post Posted June 20, 2008 WOO-HOO!!!!!!!!!! SAW "THE INCREDIBLE HULK"!! *caps off* What can I say? I felt like a kid whose comic book fantasy came alive! Superb CGI, superb fight sequences, naked anger, brute strength & smash everything in sight! Hell, I wouldn't have minded even if I had been shown 100 minutes of Hulk v/s Abomination. Whoa! And doesn't anyone else feel that Transformers is the perfect comic book movie, with all the possible ingredients and a refreshing lack of pretentiousness. Pretentious comic book movies are annoying, why don't people get that sperheroes have nothing to do with real life and stop trying to make lame, superficial political statements. I'm not a big superhero movie guy. Never was, even as a kid. I like pointless comedies aimed at horny 12-year-olds.
