Official Pre-season Testing Thread

Recommended Posts

I got confused, too. The times posted are mixed up. There are old times and newer ones. Times went from 1:26 to 1:23 and then back again, so I guess there must be some mistake.

WTF- each time i refresh it changes.. now coulthard at the bottom.........:huh:

Schumacher: ''We're ready to fight for victory right from the start. The step forward is pretty clear. The F2008 is better than the F2007 in every area. That's always Formula 1's secret: who wants to be to be up front must be good or the best in every area.''

''It will be very interesting. Ferrari and McLaren are up front like last year, and there's a question mark over the performance of some other teams. I don't think the expectations are a problem for us, we know exactaly where we are, we know we'll be able to win Grand Prix'. (But) for now, we also know there's still a long way ahead of us. In short, we're prepared.''

On track conditions: ''The circuit was greasy.''

On driving without traction control: ''It's different.''

about the sources. it's not about being boring. i know where u get the times, because i also visit these websites. but i think it's a lil more respectful if we mention where we get them from, since these people are working to get them.

Yeah that's right Kati!

i know u really enjoy being 'the guy with the times', but can't u pls stop making double posts?!

I'am sorry (for the late response) I don't always have time to read all the post during testing, since I also update some other places.

I'll tell you what since this is obviously a big issue for you, you can update everything tomorrow. I hope that helps.

I do not want to steal your loved job, i just wish you could do it properly.

*gets calmer*

I also post in two websites and check some other forums, besides really working with the timing things, and even though I read other people's posts instead of flooding. We do appreciate (at least I do) what you do, but I just do not agree with the flooding and the non-srouces thing.

Now if you can't take some advices properly, it's your problem not mine.

Yes, thanks guys and girls!I was checking the F1 sites in the Home page today, refreshing every few minutes to see how Schumi* was doing and our forum was the only place I could find anything!

* Yes I know he is not our driver any more...

I have a feeling Ferrari was sandbagging today!

I suggest you visit www.f1today.nl and www.motor21.com

it's where i get timings. not updated every single moment, but worthy a visit every half hour.

the first is dutch and second is spanish, but for timing won't be such a problem.

DC is injured....

Red Bull wants to utilise the full mileage given to them...

Toro Rosso has planned to run only one car for this test...

So its obvious that Vettel will be asked to partner Webber and test while DC is recovering..
