You are wrong. The truth is: Nando is the best driver. Renault is the best team.

You are nearly right. The truth is: Nando is the best driver. BMW-Sauber is the best team and Renault 2nd best.

Ferrari is the worst and McLaren-Mercedes is not even a team but a kind of Opus Dei within Formula One.

If god is a living thing, why does it not have a beginning or end? If the answer is that god is not a living thing then how is it supposed to have a sense of what's right or wrong? If god is not a living thing, how can it have a desire to create the universe & life? What purpose is served by creating the universe?

Oh my god, what have I done? I've blasphemed!

He said the truth, Andres, the truth.... :D

...and anyway, how dare you bring F1 into this discussion - what do you think this is, an F1 forum? :D:D:D

Don't tell anybody but remember most of them think Alonso is God, the rest of them think he is the closest person to God, so don't be surprise to find his name here.

God is alive but he doesn't have a begginning or and end because he was not created, we as part of the creation believe that everything have a beginning or and end, but that is that the case in the spiritual world, our spirits are going to live forever, eather with God or without him, we are the one who make the desition about our final destination, some sicentists had a idea about things being eternal like matter, there was a law which I learned in school that said "Matter can not be created or destroyed, only can be transformed" that law may be abolished by now but if matter can be there forever then we have an idea of something being eternal.

Fine, god is a living thing. Now please explain its desire to create the universe & life.

Can you not copy&paste better than that.

Be careful, God doesn't like people talking about him in a forum.

CtrlV  Still doesn't work.

Previously you have to have used Ctrl+C, and first you have to select the text...

It would take too long to explain all in detail.

Why some people around here believe that God is limited is beyond me. What I mean to say is that He has created this human civilisation with an incredibly diverse variety of peoples and cultures, yet some feel that He is only capable of providing one spiritual path for all these people to follow. As though a Papua New Guinean tribe would identify with the Bible, and if they don't, well they must be hellbound sinners. Some even think He can only look like a white guy with a beard. Surely God is unlimited??? Surely He is capable of appearing in more guises than we can think of. And surely He answers to more names than we can think of too. Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Science. God, Buddha, Brahman, Allah, Quantum physics. There's so many different paths to match the diversity of cultures out there. So many ways for people to glimpse the amazing creation they're a part of. Perhaps God speaks in many ways. It makes sense doesn't it? Perhaps He just wants His people to act out the highest version of themselves possible, wherever they are on the planet. To realise they are a part of him, and to act accordingly. Perhaps religious variety is another one of His tools. Anyone who thinks God isn't capable of providing all of this and more is, to me, suggesting that the very God they worship is limited.

Yes, that's the best post in the whole thread imho.

This is an excellent point of view, but is a human point of view, that the way we all would like things to be, I must admit that I like it and I would like things to be like that, but they just aren't like that, God is capable of all that but that doesn't means he did it like that, if things are like you think theb there was no reason for Jesus's sacrifice and Jesus came to do nothing to earth, by sending Jesus to die in our place God provided that path you are talking about, a path which it was non-exintent until the day Jesus came out the tomb, people had to sacrifice animals for their sin because the burden for sin is death, but now Jesus de perfect sacrifice cae to be sacrifice for all human kind but this is only good for you if you trust in him, if you believe in him, if you put your faith in him, Jesus is alive and you can find him today if you ask him to your heart, if he is alive and you can find him then things are like this.

How can we understand the mind of God? there are many poeple like namy killers that you can not explain their desire of killing and you want me to explain God's desire if you need answer to every question then I guess you don't believe in evolution also.

How do you explain the fact that Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs etc all claim to have "found God(s)" in religious experiences just like yours? They claim to have seen miracles and have heard God(s) speak to them.

If your answer is that evil spirits have fooled them, how do you know that you aren't the one being fooled by them? If your answer to that final question is that it says that you aren't the one being tricked in the Bible, then how do you know they haven't altered the Bible? And don't say that the Bible says that it hasn't been altered, because maybe they put those bits in too.

God is a madman? Makes sense, after all, he is certainly the biggest genocidal maniac of them all. :P

Hmm. If I were to consider the existence of such a deity, then I'd have to surmise that He's fallen asleep at the wheel.
