Rainmaster 7 Report post Posted September 6, 2009 I think a pat on the back is what you should get for 100 mph. It is ridiculous that with all the improvements in safety over the last 50 years we are stills tuck with the same old speed limits. And the same speed limits for 30 year old vans and 75 year old senile drivers. I bet Ross is a better driver and was driving a better car than most drivers. Interesting opinions there, evidently the Magistrate agreed with you.

Yeah, but that would cost money...which is not the British way.
lewisthegreat2 0 Report post Posted September 7, 2009 Ooooh...let's play a fun game. Look at your speedometer, and then see what number the little needle-thingy is pointing at. That number is what percent pure twat you really are! Yay! Oh, yeah, today in F1, well. Today in F1, another day passed, in F1. And during that day, Bernie Ecclestone said that lowering ticket prices was a priority, and suggested that he is looking at two venues for a future USGP. The locations of those facilities are, according to him, either on the west coast, the east coast, or somewhere in the middle. I'm venturing to guess somewhere in Saudi Arabia, and to be quite frank, I don't really give half a fingernail where they host it, or if they host it, because if I said I did care, I'd be a jingoistic fool. It really doesn't matter, actually. I'd prefer there not be a USGP. Just give the 'nucks one up in Montr

If it wasn't a wind-up, I'd be interested to know at what speed you'd re-introduce the man walking in front with the red flag

Jean Todt 4 Report post Posted September 7, 2009 Yeah, but getting him to drive to from India everyday would take ages............actually, so does driving around London Am sure London is better than Mumbai...
pabloh20 1 Report post Posted September 7, 2009 Am sure London is better than Mumbai... I would have thought so, but I did a quick qearch on google to make sure and it's a resounding hell yes. There's no elephants on the roads in London for starters What's quite funny is that on the pix I saw, even motorbikes can't get through the traffic, which doesn't happen so much in our cities. Elephant is the ulitmate choice of mobility, all it needs is a ton of Rice every week....The only emission is another ton of elephant poo...for example, I took this pictures during my last visit to my town... Insider 0 Report post Posted September 8, 2009 With the growing speculation that Mercedes are about to make an important announcement, most of the press seem to think it may relate to the heavily rumoured buy-out of BGP. It's possible but for me, there's not a lot going for it. Such a move would put Woking on edge, unless Merc are looking to increase their holding in McLaren. They've had success together but 2009 has been a little lacklustre, to say the least. Dumping Macca seems a little extreme to me. Buying FI would be a more likely option, I believe. It would give McMerc a junior team for a lot less cash than Brawn would require. On the other hand, Merc could simply be announcing another customer team - probably RBR.
